Privacy policy
This policy describes the private, owner-operated connection between Hermes Agent and the Google account that authorizes it. The integration is not a public service and has no other end users.
Google data the integration accesses
After the account owner authorizes Google OAuth, Hermes may access Drive file names, metadata, and contents; Google Docs and Sheets; Gmail messages; and Calendar events, according to the permissions shown on Google’s consent screen. Operations may include searching, reading or exporting files, managing files, working with Docs or Sheets, searching or sending email, and viewing or managing Calendar events.
How the data is used
Google data is used only to carry out actions the owner requests through Hermes. The integration does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. File sharing, message sending, or other permission changes are made only at the owner’s direction and with any confirmation required by the tool.
When the owner asks Hermes to summarize, classify, draft, or otherwise analyze Google content, the relevant content and request may be sent to the AI model provider configured for Hermes so it can generate the response. The provider processes that information under its own terms, privacy policy, and account settings. The owner should consult those terms for the provider’s handling, model-improvement settings, and retention practices. The integration itself does not train AI models.
Storage and retention
Google OAuth credentials are stored in the local Hermes installation on the owner’s computer, not on this website. File content returned to Hermes may appear in local Hermes conversation/session records or logs. Those local records remain until removed under the owner’s Hermes retention and deletion controls.
This website is a static information site hosted by Cloudflare Pages. It does not receive Google Drive files or OAuth credentials. Cloudflare may process standard connection and security information (such as IP address, browser, and request metadata) to deliver and protect the pages, subject to Cloudflare’s privacy policy. This site does not add advertising or analytics trackers.
Sharing and security
The integration does not disclose Google data to other people or make files public on its own. The owner can authorize or revoke Google access. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security; the owner is responsible for protecting the computer and Hermes account that hold the local OAuth credentials and session records.
Your choices and deletion
The account owner can revoke this app’s Google access from the Google Account security page, and can remove the local Hermes OAuth credentials and session records from the computer. Revoking OAuth prevents future API access; it does not automatically remove content already retained in local session records or by a model provider.
